Candace Abrams – A 2000 graduate of Flowing Wells High School, Candace participated in varsity Soccer and Softball all four years and golf for three years earning eleven varsity letters while at Flowing Wells. In golf, Candace was a member of the first and second women’s City All-Star Team. In Soccer, she was first team All-Southern Arizona twice, but it was in Softball that Candace really shined. During her Softball career, Candace was a member of the first team All-Southern Arizona three times. She was a pre-season All-American her senior year. She was a two time Most Valuable Player and Team Captain. She was a member of four Region Championship teams and she was also a member of two State Championship teams her junior and senior years. Candace went on to play Softball at the University of Arizona where her team won the NCAA National Championship in 2001.
