Richard Hoyt – A 1963 graduate of Flowing Wells High School, Rich participated in Football and Baseball. Rich was selected to the All-City baseball team in 1963. After high school Rich made his name in the coaching profession. He has been a high school teacher and coach for 37 years and has a total won-loss record of 208-79 in football. His football teams have won 3 State Titles and have also been runners up 3 times. He has also coached 3 golf teams to State Championships and 1 baseball team to the State Title. He was the Arizona Coach of the Year in 1985, 1986 and 1994. Rich is also a member of the White Mountain Football Hall of Fame and the Arizona Coaches Association Hall of Fame. He is also a Past President of the Arizona Coaches Association.
