Devrah Gideon – A 1966 graduate of Flowing Wells High School, Devrah participated in Volleyball, Basketball, Field Hockey and Softball. She was the High Pointer earner for the GAA (Girls Athletic Association) in 1966 and was the Most Outstanding Athlete in 1966 as well. Devrah went on to participate in Field Hockey and Softball at the University of Arizona and has been an elementary school teacher for 9 years. Devrah was also selected Woman of the Year for Business and Professional Women. She was also selected as the National Swim Teacher of the Year by the National Swim School Association.
